Photography Locations in England

Hey Guys,
Us bloggers are always after the prettiest backdrops and activities to create an epic Instagram theme. I love discovering new places, popular places and unusual places to fill my own feed and inspire like-minded travellers and Instagrammers.
So far this year, I have created this Instagram Guide to LA blog post and a fun Instagram guide to New York YouTube video. I love creating these posts and sharing them.
This month I teamed up with Kia Motors for an epic road-trip adventure! They challenged me to find some of the best Instagram spots just a short drive from London. So my friends and I jumped in our newly borrowed Kia Stonic and head out on our mission!...

Photography Locations in England
Cobbles Tearoom, Rye
1 Hylands Yard, Off The Mint, Rye, TN31 7EPFirst up we hit Cobbles Tearoom in Rye. Rye alone is one of the most beautiful and quaint towns in the south of England, but this tearoom hits another level of cuteness!
The tea and cake-filled restaurant boasts a few different seating areas. My favourites are the two tables out front, underneath the swinging teapot sign which reads "OPEN". The sweet treats are affordable and not to mention, super tasty. I went for a full afternoon tea and made sure I got some pictures clutching onto my beautiful china tea cup!Camber Sands Beach
Camber beach, Rye, TN31 7RTCamber Sands is a place with extraordinary beauty ad character. Head down on a sunny weekend and you will find it is super paced and busy with families and children. However, with the right angle, you can get some really beautiful shots here!
I would love to experience this beach at sunrise or sunset when it is a little more calm. But despite the tourists, I really appreciated the long grass and sea air. Did I also mention that this beach is just a 5 minute drive from Cobbles Tea Room?! Hop Shop Lavender Farm
Castle Farm, Redmans Lane, Shoreham, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN14 7UBI had been looking for a beautiful lavender field to visit since last year! But with lavender only being in-season for a month or so, it takes a lot of planning! The Hop Shop in Kent is stunning. The smells, the view, the lovely staff... it was an incredible evening.
They offer various activities before harvesting season. We opted for the sunset picnic at just £8 per person (and you bring your own picnic food). This meant that we were able to enter the fields to take pictures and enjoy a yummy picnic. Other activities include yoga, outdoor lavender massages and tours of the fields.
My top tip when capturing the perfect instagram would be to coordinate your outfit with the colour purple and make use of their amazing wooden bench that makes for an amazing prop!Tankerton Beach, Whitstable
Tankerton rd, Whitstable, CT5 2BE Another Beach! This time the kind with cute, colourful beach huts and sea full of crabs and worms - mmm authentic!
Tankerton Beach is just 5 minutes away from Whitstable. I first came here last year when I was working on a film. I knew I would be back one day to take a photo with these gorgeous beach huts!
You can't really go wrong here, there is a different coloured hut for everyone's taste. I gravitated towards the pink and white to match my stripe top...The sea, although full of worms, was warm and clear. I didn't mind spending a moment in it, just for this cute snap in my new swimsuit!Dreamland, Margate
49-51 Marine Terrace, Margate, CT9 1XJ A happy, bright, colourful place full of funfair rides and lot of sweet treats! I've wanted to visit Dreamland ever since their recent renovation. I loved how shiny and new everything was!
Entry is just £5 (including one ride) and they are cool with you taking pictures as long as you're not using a tripod or flash.Hever Castle and Gardens
Hever rd, Hever, Eden bridge, TN8 7NG Hever Castle is set just a 30 minute drive from London, in Kent. I was attracted to the fairytale-like quality of the images I saw online.
There is a beautiful castle complete with moat, a large selection of beautiful walled gardens, a huge lake with row boats for hire on weekends and lots of beautiful surrounding land.
I loved wandering around the grounds and being surprised bu it’s beauty. I would also recommend buying a ticket with entrance to the castle itself, as there is a lot of interesting history to be discovered within the castle walls.Really hope you enjoyed this whistle-stop tour of the most Instagrammable spots in South East England! Let me know which your favourite was in the comments below and hopefully I will see you again for another post in my “Instagrammable locations” series!
Thank you again to KIA for this amazing opportunity and to all my wonderful friends who helped make this happen!
