Hello Spring!

I thought I would do a blog post to commemorate the start of this new season! With the clocks going forward over the past weekend, many people were upset at losing an hour of sleep. For me, that one hour sacrifice came with the knowledge that I would be gaining longer evenings and better lighting in my apartment, so I am here for it! 
I most definitely felt the affects of the winter on my mental health and well-being for the first time ever. I'm not sure if that is because I am more aware and connected with my mental health or if it's because I had truly never been affected before. Either way, it is a good thing to take note of in order for me to be more prepared for next year. However, for now, I am just looking ahead to sunnier days, a bit of travelling, more fashion content and longer days...

Spring Has Sprung

I thought I'd give some thought to few of the everyday things that will be brightening my days now we have entered this new season. Here are some things I am looking forward to this year:

Longer days and nights.
Better mental health (I hope, I pray).
Healthier complexion from actually seeing the light of day for more than a couple of hours!
Spring  and Summer wardrobe and outfit styling.
More blogging projects.
More events and opportunities.
Travelling to new places.
Spending time outdoors with loved ones.
Long walks.
Beach trips.
Blossom in trees.
Cold drinks on warm days.
Less clothing layers and cute jackets.
Ice lollies.
Picnics in the park.
